bottled without fining or filtration. This stunning property has perfect conditions for long slow ripening of Cabernet Franc and Merlot producing. Fantastic flavour and tannin ripeness while keeping brightness and balance. 2015 was one of the hottest vintages on record and produced a substantial and broody wine, highly complex and layered.
Violets, brambly blackberry and dense chocolate cake are kept lively by signature bright acidity and raspberry coulis freshness.
