Grown at our home Storm Haven Vineyard, this Riesling was hand cultivated with minimal interference and natural low cropping to create a wine that truly expresses the Storm Haven Vineyard site. Thanks to a very early start, the 2016 vintage benefitted from tremendous hang time during the cooler fall. This special site showed its unique ability to retain excellent range of acid and delicacy while developing great depth and complexity. This wine consists of fruit from two south facing blocks on the lower half of our property with steeper gravel and decomposed granite.
