The Palo Solara vineyard in East Kelowna is sustainably farmed and cropped low to produce fruit with concentration, complexity and elegant ripeness. The cooler site produces fruit retaining great acidity yet achieving fantastic flavours and full ripeness. This Pinot Noir was made in two batches - one third was 100% whole-bunch fermented separately. The fermentation was completed largely using indigenous yeast, with no manipulations or additives, to produce an authentic, natural expression of terroir consistent with our winemaking philosophy and values.
